What results did we achieve?
In the end, the campaign lasted over 2 years and in addition to communication to the general public, we covered all digital activities and provided marketing support to the Regional Directors and their Key Account Managers.
More importantly, however, our awareness activities helped bring light to the fact that a number of people might have the disease, which prompted them to take a proactive approach to their health.
And it was this added value that made us want to continue to help. What's more, the healthcare and pharma marketing sector was lagging far behind the wave of digitalization, and we were ready to help change that.
Let’s do this
We have expanded the team to include other colleagues with a medical background and taken on new challenges. In addition to awareness campaigns (Rx marketing), this included OTC marketing, communications and education for HCPs, medical startups (e.g. testing) to e-commerce.
In light of the legislative or bureaucratic hurdles that have come our way, we have always seen them as challenges and dare to say that we have almost always found a solution. Either we took a new approach to the project or we created portals/websites ourselves where we could publish the content.
Thanks to this agility and expertise, we have been able to move from being an agency (delivering bespoke services) to being a partner who can advise, guide and show our clients a path they may not have known about.
