We are looking for a Junior Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator based in the Czech Republic to support our pharmaceutical and medical projects, communicate with doctors and other healthcare professionals, and help our team deliver a variety of healthcare communication and marketing activities.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that can be combined with university studies or other professional activities. It can be particularly interesting for pharmacy, medicine, healthcare, or life sciences students and graduates who would like to gain practical experience beyond academia and get closer to the world of pharmaceutical marketing, medical communication, and healthcare projects.

Are you a pharmacy, medical, or life sciences student or a junior professional looking to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry?

What will be your role?

  • communicate with doctors and other healthcare professionals via phone, email, and face-to-face,
  • support the coordination of pharmaceutical, medical, and healthcare communication projects,
  • coordinate meetings, interviews, podcast recordings, and other project activities,
  • communicate with doctors regarding scheduling, project details, and follow-ups,
  • occasionally travel within the Czech Republic to support podcast recordings and other project activities – usually a few times per quarter,
  • support ongoing pharmaceutical and healthcare projects with administrative and organizational tasks,
  • keep track of schedules, contacts, deadlines, and agreed next steps,
  • help the project team with various day-to-day tasks related to medical communication and pharmaceutical marketing projects,
  • work independently while staying in close contact with our team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

  • is a great communicator and feels comfortable speaking with doctors and other healthcare professionals,
  • is confident communicating by phone, email, and in person,
  • is responsible, reliable, and able to follow tasks through to completion,
  • is organized and attentive to detail,
  • is proactive and able to work independently,
  • has enough time flexibility to adapt to project schedules,
  • is willing to travel within the Czech Republic a few times per quarter,
  • has an interest in pharmaceuticals, medicine, healthcare, pharmaceutical marketing, medical communication, or project coordination.

You do not need years of professional experience. Motivation, reliability, communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of your work are more important to us. An interest in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare marketing is a strong advantage.The position can be a great fit for:

Language skills

  • Czech or Slovak – native or fluent proficiency
  • English – good working proficiency

As you will communicate directly with healthcare professionals in the Czech Republic, excellent Czech communication skills are essential for this role.
