Join our team of pharma marketing enthusiasts. Our goal is not only to create digital campaigns but also to educate the public, ensuring they have the best possible information about their health.

Our clients are primarily pharmaceutical companies, as well as other businesses in the health sector. We handle educational campaigns (raising awareness of certain diseases, increasing treatment adherence) and marketing for over-the-counter medicines and nutritional supplements within the EU.

What will be your role?

As a project manager, you'll oversee entire campaigns from initial concept through execution to final evaluation. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities:

  • Identifying client needs: Do we aim to increase awareness of disease symptoms, promote treatment options, or target healthcare professionals?
  • Developing strategies: What are the campaign goals? What's our budget? Which channels and formats will we use? Which metrics will we track?
  • Creating campaigns: You'll coordinate with designers, programmers, and copywriters across various formats. Your job is to ensure all activities meet deadlines and satisfy clients.
  • Implementing campaigns: This involves liaising with PPC specialists and other team members, optimizing campaigns, monitoring social media, providing ongoing client reports, and communicating with third parties.
  • Evaluating campaigns: You'll continuously monitor key metrics, create reports, and present final results to clients.

What skills do you need?

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in project or product management.

  • Marketing know-how: You should have direct marketing experience. While we can teach you many things, you should be familiar with concepts like GA, funnel, brand awareness, conversion, open rate, cost per click, and reach.
  • Creative thinking: You understand what works in marketing and can devise successful campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills: Both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving abilities: You can find solutions, seek compromises, plan strategies, and ask pertinent questions.
  • Technical understanding: You can discuss work with developers and PPC specialists.
  • Time management and prioritization: Not just for yourself, but for team members too.
  • Results-oriented: You get things done and can motivate others who might be falling behind.
  • Project management and reporting skills: You're proficient in the basics.
  • Independence and responsibility: You take ownership of your projects from start to finish, driving them to successful outcomes.
  • Strong English skills: At least B2 level, ideally fluent, both spoken and written.

While not required, knowledge of pharmacy or medicine is a definite plus :)

What we expect from all team members

Responsibility: Take mental ownership of your project and develop it to your highest standards. Proactively seek help when needed and always deliver! :)

Proactivity: Create the best possible project outcomes by anticipating challenges and addressing them head-on. Understand the steps before and after your work, and collaborate in a way that makes your colleagues appreciate working with you.

What we offer

  • Flexible working hours: Work when you're most productive, but always meet your commitments 100%.
  • Flexible vacation policy: We don't limit you to a fixed number of days or require months of advance planning. It's about mutual agreement within the team.
  • Personalized career development: Have a clear idea of where you want to go? Share it with us, and we'll create the conditions to help you get there.
  • A dynamic team of young, smart professionals.
  • Internal training: Lectures and workshops from experts and colleagues, because knowledge sharing is crucial.
  • High transparency: You'll have insight into all important matters, including financials, plans, successes, and challenges.
  • Coworking perks: Access to The Spot's state-of-the-art multi-floor premises, surrounded by inspiring people and great coffee.
  • Team building: Various outings, social evenings, and activities like travel cinema. You'll quickly find friends here.
