Challenge
"Esoxx One is an OTC oral solution for gastroesophageal reflux. Its mechanical action promotes rapid relief of reflux symptoms, including heartburn, epigastric pain, and irritating cough. While it's an ideal complement to heartburn medications, awareness among the general public and healthcare professionals has been lacking. So, what's the solution?

Solution
Our first step was creating a branded website to showcase not only the product's benefits but also valuable resources such as doctor videos, a heartburn test, and blog posts. We then launched Facebook and Google campaigns, steadily expanding our content. Notably, we achieved this without active involvement from pharmaceutical representatives.
Result
The target for 2020 was 12 thousand units sold. The reality was finally 13,672 units, which exceeded the set targets by almost 14%.
In addition, we recorded a more than 30% year-on-year increase in product sales.
The website has significant organic traffic even after the end of the campaign: 750, 07/2024.
